Packages are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment and are shipped via Polish Post, InPost or UPS.
No matter which shipping company you use, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online. You will be able to select the shipping company depending on the place of delivery by selecting from the list at the time of finalization of the shopping cart. Then the shipping amount will be calculated.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and its size. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
If for any reason you wish to make a return, please contact us before sending the shipment. You must pay for the return shipment yourself (we do not accept shipments at our expense). Returned items should be properly packaged and secured for transport. The package should be insured.
